The Assistant Company is a domestic staffing and nanny agency specializing in the placement of highly qualified household professionals throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tucson, and surrounding communities across Maricopa County and Pima County. We place Estate Manager, Household Manager, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Butler, Nanny, Housekeeper, and Private Chef positions for private homes, luxury estates, and high-net-worth households.

Our Domestic Staffing Placement Fees:
We understand that every household and placement is unique. The Assistant Company works closely with each client to define the role, expectations, and compensation structure, ensuring a tailored and thoughtful placement process from the very beginning.
Placement fees are not due until the candidate’s first day of employment. An invoice will be issued on the employee’s first day of work, with payment due in accordance with the terms outlined in the Client Agreement.
Placements Fees:
Live-out placements: 20% of total gross annual compensation, with a minimum fee of $3,500.
Live-in placements: 25% of total gross annual compensation, with a minimum fee of $4,000.
Short-term placements (4 months or less): 30% of total gross compensation, with a minimum fee of $3,500.

The Assistant Company stands behind every placement we make. If a candidate does not meet expectations within the initial employment period, we will work closely with you to provide a suitable replacement in accordance with the terms outlined in the Client Agreement. Our goal is to ensure every placement is successful, seamless, and aligned with your household’s long-term needs.
