We place Estate Managers, Household Managers, Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, Butlers, Nannies, Housekeepers, and Private Chefs for private homes, luxury estates, and high-net-worth households.

Our Domestic Staffing Placement Fees:

We understand that every household and placement is unique. The Assistant Company works closely with each client to define the role, schedule, expectations, and compensation structure, ensuring a thoughtful and personalized placement process from the very beginning.

Placement fees are not due until the candidate’s first day of employment. An invoice will be issued on the employee’s first day of work, with payment due in accordance with the terms outlined in the Client Agreement.

PHOENIX Placement Fees:

Each household search comes with its own priorities, scheduling needs, and expectations. The Assistant Company works closely with each client to develop a tailored job description, schedule, and compensation structure designed to support a successful long-term placement.

Clients are not obligated to pay any placement fees until a candidate has been selected and officially begins employment.

Placement fees typically begin at 20% of the candidate’s gross annual compensation and may vary depending on the complexity of the search, schedule, and staffing requirements.

• Full-Time Permanent Placements:
20% of total gross annual compensation with a minimum placement fee of $3,500.

• Short-Term Placements (Four Months or Less):
Short-term placement fees begin at a minimum of $2,500 and may vary depending on the complexity of the search, schedule, number of staff members requested, and overall placement requirements.

90-Day Replacement Guarantee:

We proudly stand behind our placements. Should a candidate not work out within the first 90 days, The Assistant Company will conduct a replacement search at no additional placement fee, subject to the terms of the placement agreement.
